Low Income Assistance For Internet and Telephone Subscribers

What type of discount is available?

Eligible customers will receive a discount of $9.25 for broadband service OR $7.25 for telephone service. Lifeline assistance is limited to one line per household at the customer’s primary residence only.

How do I know whether I am eligible?

Participation in Lifeline support depends on eligibility. Consumers must either have an income that is at or below 135% of the federal Poverty Guidelines OR participate in a qualifying government program.
